Returns & Refunds

At STUDIO 42, every piece of apparel is uniquely made to order just for you. Because our items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. We highly recommend reviewing our sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our art and apparel. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us at [support@ehinfo.com.cn] within 30 days of receiving your order. To speed up the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
